General terms and conditions BERLINA, s.r.o.

To provide registrations and other services related to the organization of professional event
MESIA Slovakia 2019 4th Meeting of Middle - European Societies for Immunology and Allergology online form.

  1. Berlina, s.r.o. by means of offers to its clients the possibility to secure the registration or other services connected with the organization of the event. After entering the required data in the online registration form which is created for each action separately and after it is sent to Berlina, s.r.o. the registration will be confirmed by e-mail from Berlina, s.r.o., where the Client receives all the information on registration or other services associated with the event, also the Client will receive information about the possibility of payment for the ordered services together with the cancellation terms, if there are no detailed information on the website of the event.

  2. Documents delivery between the Client and Berlina, s.r.o. is primarily done electronically to an e-mail address or by the post. The Client is required to provide Berlina, s.r.o. with valid contact details or about their change. In such case that there is not possible to contact the Client through the contact information provided by him, Berlina, s.r.o. is not responsible for any damages that have arisen in connection with this fact. For the electronic delivery of documents, if Berlina, s.r.o. will receive erroneous information as part of Client registration and by this fact the delivery of the document is not available to the Client's e-mail address, Berlina, s.r.o. consider the e-mail correspondence as delivered on the day of sending the e-mail to the Client. For delivery of documents by the post office, if the Client does not receive the delivered documents, it is considered that the documents have been delivered by the expiration of the third day after dispatch of the shipment to the address of the Client specified in the registration form. This delivery as accepted also applies to the reverse delivery of documents from the Client of Berlina,s.r.o.

  3. In the case of cancellation of the accommodation order during the organization of congresses, events, training sessions, seminars the cancellation fees are the subject of the conditions stated in the online registration forms of the participant on the website for each event.

  4. Registered participants of the event note that in case of force majeure or in case the minimum number of registered participants is not reached, Berlina, s.r.o., has the right to unilaterally cancel the event with the obligation to return the subscriptions already paid within 14 days from the date of notification of cancellation of the event in the form of an e-mail message.

Damage Liability

Berlina, s.r.o. is not responsible for the damages which was not caused by it, or its subsequent suppliers of services, and the damage was caused to the clients by the third party.


The Client is obliged to notify his/her requirements without delay so that the remedy can be arranged in time at the venue itself, while the written record must be made on the claim, with the original being received by Berlina, s.r.o. and a confirmed copy received by the Client. If the requirements cannot be met immediately on the spot, the Client may file a complaint but no later than within one month of the end of the event in written form, otherwise the right to claim from the Client is terminated. For all claims, Berlina, s.r.o. must respond in writing no later than 30 days after the complaint was received.

The Client will be informed about the result of the complaint immediately after the termination of the complaint by e-mail in which he receives the official result of complaint handling.

In case that a claim is acknowledged to the Client as reasonable, aliquot financial amount will be reimbursed to the Client's bank account generally within 14 days, unless otherwise agreed with the Client, depending on the options offered by the suppliers of the ordered services. In case that the reimbursed financial amount must first be returned by the other service provider ordered by Berlina, s.r.o., the Client acknowledges that the reimbursement period may be extended, but up to a maximum of 30 days. Berlina, s.r.o. hereby undertakes to take all available steps in such a way that the suppliers of the ordered services return the financial amount as soon as possible and at the same time provide the Client with information from the supplier of the services and the expected date of payment of the amount to the Client's account.

Protection of personal data

Based on filling the registration online form the client agrees with processing of personal data in abeyance with needs of Berlina, company with the object related to professional event during the avoidable period in accordance with law Nr.18/2018 Collection of Laws by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Text with EEA relevance)


The form of payment

On the website of the very each event will be featured the form of payment, which is obligatory for the Client.
